Those who have monitored border activity and intelligence have been forewarning of growing Middle Eastern activity along selected portions of the southern United States Border, especially in concert with Transnational Cartels.
This morning high-level federal law enforcement, intelligence and related resources confirmed that a warning-bulletin for an imminent terrorist attack on the southern border was issued, and that agents for the Department of Defense, Justice and Homeland Security have been put on alert. The warning bulletin stems, in part, from “radio talk and chatter” intercepted depicting an attack on the border was more than theory or in initial planning stages. Furthermore, the proposed attack is sufficiently imminent, the commanding general at the U.S. Army’s Ft. Bliss in El Paso has been briefed. The reported threat comes from ISIS units now functional in the Mexican City of Ciudad Juarez, directly across the border from El Paso, Texas. The mode of attack is described as simultaneous car bombs.
