Obama, the “Community Organizer”, now wants to use your hard earned Federal tax dollars to bring low income housing into affuent neighborhoods. That’s right. You will pay for low income individuals to live in the kind of neighborhoods that you can’t even afford to live in! This is Socialism at its best and Communism at its worst orchestrated by a President who has his own agenda to take down America.
Yesterday in this space, this writer pontificated on the Obama Administration’s Department of Housing and Urban Development’s proposed final rule that will use the carrot and stick approach to blackmail affluent communities into accepting low income housing in their neighborhoods by tying federal dollars to it.
Without rehashing that piece completely, the bottom line is that the feds want to, yes, spend cash on better schools, libraries, grocery stores, etc., in the ghettos, but at the same time, they also want to take a look at the social, economic and racial make-up of communities across the country and “diversify” them. With federal dollars.
The House of Representatives soundly voted down the rule on Thursday. The Senate is expected to do the same. That does not mean that the Obama Administration is going to give up on this. Two years ago, these very ideas were floated and at the time, conservative headlines screamed “THEY’RE COMING AFTER THE SUBURBS.” Truthfully, from the reports, it sounds like they’re coming after any neighborhood that is functional.
With less than two years to go in his term, Barack Obama the community organizer looks to be trying to do just that according to Marc Thiessen, a frequent guest on The Kelly File. On Thursday evening, he and Megyn Kelly talked about just that and more on this topic.
