America is in a battle of biblical proportions unheralded since this nation began. We are not in a war against race, guns, or things of flesh and blood. We are fighting against the things not seen. The bible says that in end times, lawlessness will increase as the hearts of most grow cold. As this nation turns against the ways of God and perverts the values of our Founding Fathers, it is sin that is winning in this country.
We are being led by an administration who is promoting the things that are an abomination to God. Abortion, including late-term, same-sex marriage, and the “right” to do as you feel is accepted and applauded. Our President is even encouraging other nations to fully accept abortion and homosexuality in every form as though it were an inherent civil right. It is not. When the Supreme Court overstepped its duty to interpret the law and instead redefined marriage, I believe they set us on a downward spiral. It is evident that people now have become lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God! (2 Tim 3) Christianity is under attack and believers are labeled “extremist”. There are centers around this country to actually monitor the speech of Christians – built and paid for by your hard-earned tax dollars! Christians are being watched on the same level of terrorists. All this in the land of the free. And let’s not forget the “thought police” who are in full force ready to pounce on anyone in opposition to those who call evil good and good evil. They insist you join with them.
Where is the fear of God? Who stands in awe of the One who has the power over our bodies and souls? Have we become so depraved that we sit idly by as the word of God has been twisted and re-written in the dark hearts of men? The fact that Christ died for sinners in order to give life to us all means little or nothing to many. God is nothing more than an intrusion in their lives. God has to conform to the ways of evil men. America is closing the door on Christ. A great example of this is Bishop Tutu. In complete defiance, Archbishop Desmond Tutu says he will never worship a “homophobic God” and will rather go to hell.
I am heartbroken as I write this. I never thought I would live in such a time of complete and utter defiance against our Creator! People don’t want to hear that America is under the judgment of God. Well I won’t yield to the lost, this nation is under judgment. How long do evildoers think that the justice of God will sleep?
I cannot imagine that the days of Noah were worse than the times we are living in now. We need to turn back to Christ with all of our heart. We need to pray like there is no tomorrow for that very well may be true. We are in living in days of godlessness. The enemy has stepped up his effort to take down as many as possible as Christ gets ready to return. You can believe it or not but the truth is that the signs are all around us. The scoffers will laugh at this, but so they also did in Noah’s day also just before they were destroyed.
There is only one hope for all of us and that is Jesus Christ. His love is able to forgive the most hardened sinner and bring him to an eternal kingdom with him. To those who spit at him and shook their fist at his ways, he still extends grace to save. The time is not tomorrow. The time is now. If you are reading this, Christ wants you with him. Call on the name of Jesus and repent. He will take it from there.

I seek first the kingdom of Christ because everything else in this world is perishing. All that I have is from God who is always faithful. I have worked hard all my life and will continue as long as God lends me breath. The mistakes and bad judgments I made in my life all stemmed from me trying to work things out by myself. I have learned the hard way that the victory over all of my problems and the answers to all of my desires lie solely in my Savior, Jesus Christ.
It is now my desire to share the words that God gives me to encourage and give hope to others who need the strength that only faith in Christ can give.
